This year the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) hosted The First Party Claims Conference (FPCC) in Boston, MA. This event replaced NAPIA's traditional Mid-Year Conference to bring a more streamlined event for public adjusting firms like Adjusters International/MBC (AI/MBC).

The FPCC is a nationally recognized provider of education specifically designed for public adjusters. This event was an opportunity to expand AI/MBC’s professional network and share knowledge with other industry experts.

AI/MBC's Chairman and President Scott deLuise was selected to present in an expert panel where he spoke on insurance policy valuation, builders' risk claims, protective safeguards, and the ins and outs of appraisal. For deLuise this conference was a platform to share the expertise he has garnered through nearly a half-century acting as lead adjuster and manager for public adjusting teams. He and AI/MBC have handled large, complex losses nationwide giving him plenty of lessons learned in the field to share.

No matter how many years of experience one has there is always room to connect with and learn from others. AI/MBC's CEO Kalon deLuise and COO Michael Stoycheff also attended the conference with a combined almost 50 years in public adjusting.

AI/MBC is focused on maintaining its top-tier skillset and ensuring it has access to all resources its clients may need. In this age of specialization, events like NAPIA’s FPCC allow Scott deLuise and his team to align themselves with the best for the optimum outcome for each client they represent.
