The staff of Adjusters International/Matrix Business Consulting (AI-MBC) recently planned and participated in the 7th anniversary of the Erie Air Fair. Erie Air Fair (EAF), Inc., a charitable non-profit corporation presents a free, family focused community event at Erie Municipal Airport in Erie, Colorado. It’s mission is to foster and encourage STEM education, aviation education and aviation safety related programs including the provision for scholarships and distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) with aviation purposes.

Jan deLuiseJan deLuise, AI-MBC’s CFO and co-founder of EAF, Inc. said, “this year’s Air Fair exceeded our goals.” The day was filled with rich exposure to general aviation for more than 6,000 attendees and over 100 volunteers. In addition to having great aircraft - Chinook, Blackhawk and Apache helicopters from the Army base in Fort Carson on static display, attendees enjoyed world class music, good food and a variety of vendor booths. With participation from Wings Over the Rockies and Young Aviators of Colorado, our “Kid’s Adventure Zone” presented over 2,000 young people hands-on educational and airplane simulator experiences during the day, bringing a new dimension to the STEM education fostered by our St. Vrain School District.
